Job Description

- Individual must display flexibility and capabilities to meet deadlines with quality, speed and accuracy. Deadlines include, but are not limited to carrier invoice reconciliations, margin analysis, carrier billing disputes, and finding and resolving revenue leakage.

- Associate will be responsible to verify data accuracy and maintain records or files in accordance with standard procedures and methods. May also assist team in various projects as needed.

Job Summary

- Performs varied accounting functions such as data entry, account analysis and reconciliation projects

- Engage with Carriers to accurately resolve all billing disputes

- Special Projects as needed

- Ability to work with confidential information with discretion

- Organized and detail oriented

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills

- Excellent verbal and written skills

- Must be proficient in Excel, including but not limited to pivot tables and complex formulas, Access and Outlook

- Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to manage projects and timelines

- Knowledge of telecom revenue cycles, billing processes, provisioning and billing cycles a plus

Experience

- 2 years or more of work experience in revenue assurance or related field
