We are currently seeking a Salesforce Senior Commerce Cloud B2C Business Analyst to join our team in ​​​​​​​Bangalore, Karnataka, ​​​​​​​India.

Role: Salesforce Senior Commerce Cloud B2C Business Analyst
 

5+ years of experience working on Salesforce implementation projects with end-to-end experience with the Salesforce platformWith 1-2 years working on SFCCStrong Knowledge of Salesforce B2C or B2B Commerce Cloud as Business AnalystStrong understanding of e-commerce platforms, workflows, and best practices.Conduct scope gap analysis and map out the current vs To-Be processes to identify improvement opportunities.Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and define solutionsHave creative problem solving and analysis skills with an ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the businessAbility to lead and/or participate in design sessions and communicate design options to clientsExperience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodsStrong Stakeholder management and client-facing skillsSalesforce Certifications base line requirementsSales and OR Service Cloud Consultant AND Salesforce AdminAbility to identify risk with an analytical approach to work.Experience in engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure that customers and user needs are being met throughout the deliverable/scope of work.Ability to conduct root cause analysis and identify recommendations for improvements.Thorough experience in writing acceptance criteria related to functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, features, user stories and business rules.
