Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for an HR Operations Manager. The HR Operations Manager will oversee and streamline HR operations, manage HR policies, and ensure compliance. Other responsibilities include facilitating employee relations, addressing employees’ concerns, and enhancing HR management strategies to support the company’s goals. Qualifications Expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HR OperationsKnowledge of HR Policies and ability to implement them effectivelyExperience in managing Employee Relations and addressing employee concernsStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldExperience in the technology or cloud computing industry is a plus
