Job Title: HR OperationsLocation: Mohali, Punjab, IndiaShift: 07:00 PM – 04:30 AM ISTDepartment: Human Resources – HR OperationsRole Overview:We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR operational processes during the night shift at our Mohali centre. The role will ensure smooth employee lifecycle support, compliance, data integrity and service delivery across HR functions.Key Responsibilities:Handle full employee lifecycle operations including onboarding (documentation, background verification, contract issuance), transfers/promotions, resignations/exit interviews and off-boarding.Maintain and update employee records, HRIS/HRMS data, ensure completeness and accuracy of information.Administer HR operations tasks such as leave & attendance management, benefits/compensation support, payroll coordination inputs, record-keeping, audits.Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, statutory obligations (e.g., PF, ESI, local regulations) and support audit readiness.Monitor and report on HR metrics – e.g., headcount, attrition, joiner/leaver data, SLA adherence for HR operations tickets.Provide HR operational support during the night shift: acting as point of contact for employee queries (especially for night-shift employees), coordinating with other HR teams (Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, COEs) and ensuring service continuity.Identify process improvement opportunities (automation, standardisation, shift handovers) to enhance HR operations efficiency.Facilitate smooth handover between night shift and day shift HR teams, ensuring that outstanding issues are escalated/resolved timely.Maintain high confidentiality and integrity of employee data and HR documentation.
