Role Overview:
As a
Manager - Corporate Sales , you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding Lladro's presence in the luxury market. Your primary focus will be to identify, establish, and nurture relationships with Corporates, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), VIP customers, and key industry prescribers such as interior designers, home stylists with the prime objective of growing the business. You would also be responsible for expanding the whole sale business by opening shop in shops.
Key Responsibilities:Execute strategic actions to connect with Corporates, HNIs and VIP customers and create sales.Build and maintain strong relationships with industry prescribers such as interior designers to promote Lladro products.Identify and connect expansion opportunities in growing cities, where Lladro is not present and tie up with high-end stores in retail, to Lladro through a shop in shops model.Generate leads, Conduct client visits and follow-ups to close sales.Represent Lladro at events, exhibitions, and other networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.Collaborate with the in-house store team to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment with sales objectives.
Key Requirements:Proven experience in business development, corporate, sales, or a similar role, with a premium/luxury brand.Strong network of contacts among Corporates, HNIs, VIPs, and/or industry prescribers, or the ability to develop these connections.Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and competitive environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Hindi.
