Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager - Ecommerce Paid Media will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across various e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce paid media, excellent analytical skills, and proven leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with a passion for driving ROI and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies across Amazon Advertising (AMS), Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, and Swiggy Ads.

- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and adherence to client KPIs.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities.

- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to maximize campaign performance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns on e-commerce self-serve platforms.

- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, and CPA.

- Optimize campaign parameters, including keyword bids, negative keywords, targeting, and ad creatives, to improve performance.

- Implement advanced targeting techniques, such as audience segmentation, retargeting, and dynamic product ads.

- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution of campaign performance.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding paid media campaign performance and strategy.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and campaign goals.

- Provide regular campaign performance updates, insights, and recommendations to clients.

- Address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Present campaign performance data and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present detailed performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

- Utilize data visualization tools to create compelling and easy-to-understand reports.

- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Lead and mentor a team of paid media executives, providing guidance and support.

- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of projects.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss campaign performance, share best practices, and address challenges.

- Provide training and development opportunities to team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce paid media management.

- Proven track record of delivering successful paid media campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce paid media platforms, tools, and best practices.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Strong proficiency in using data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Excel.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -

- Excellent communication skills are mandatory. -

- Possession of Amazon Advertising (AMS) or Flipkart Ads certification is highly advantageous.

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
