Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager E-commerce Marketing (Blinkit & Zepto Ads) will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on Blinkit and Zepto platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of quick commerce marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven professional with a passion for driving ROI and exceeding client expectations in the quick commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies specifically for Blinkit Ads and Zepto Ads.

- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and adherence to client KPIs.

- Conduct in-depth product research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities on Blinkit and Zepto.

- Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns, including sponsored product listings, display ads, and promotional offers on Blinkit and Zepto.

- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest quick commerce marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns on Blinkit and Zepto self-serve platforms.

- Optimize product listings, keyword bids, targeting, and ad creatives to improve campaign performance.

- Implement A/B testing strategies to identify the most effective ad creatives and targeting options.

- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution of campaign performance.

- Maintain updated knowledge of Blinkit and Zepto advertising platform updates and best practices.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Blinkit and Zepto campaign performance and strategy.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and campaign goals.

- Provide regular campaign performance updates, insights, and recommendations to clients.

- Address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Present campaign performance data and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present detailed performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

- Utilize data visualization tools to create compelling and easy-to-understand reports.

- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Lead and mentor a team of paid media executives, providing guidance and support.

- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of projects.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss campaign performance, share best practices, and address challenges.

- Provide training and development opportunities to team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Blinkit and Zepto platforms.

- Strong understanding of quick commerce marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Proficiency in using data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and platform-specific analytics dashboards.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with other e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy) is beneficial, but primary focus is Blinkit & Zepto.

- Possession of Amazon Advertising (AMS) or Flipkart Ads certification is advantageous, but not mandatory.

- Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
