We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert and Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at AdGlobal360.
About the RoleThis role is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience in developing compelling sales proposals, understanding customer requirements, and proposing tailored technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Growth & Market Trends:
- Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive lead qualification and strategic client engagement.
- Technical Expertise & Solutioning:
- Develop Web & Mobile technology solutions.
- Conduct technology selections, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and training sessions.
- Operational Excellence & Optimization:
- Analyze revenue leakage, cost deployment, and areas for optimization.
- Manage CXO-level MIS reporting and employee resource planning.
- Track manpower utilization through timesheet analysis and data insights.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor and guide sales professionals to achieve collective goals.
- Work closely with implementation teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, staying ahead of market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
