Enterprise Sales Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive new business, build strong relationships, and achieve revenue targets as an Enterprise Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients to achieve annual sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate and close deals.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify leads, manage them through the sales funnel, and drive closures.
- CRM & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance in the CRM.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Industry Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
We're Looking for:
Senior Sales Manager:
- 8-12 years of experience in enterprise sales.
Junior Sales Manager:
- 5-7 years of experience in enterprise sales.
Industry Background:
Preferably from Technology, SaaS, Fintech, or BFSI sectors.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong networking ability and experience engaging with C-level executives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment.
