About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive new business, build strong relationships, and achieve revenue targets as an Enterprise Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate and close deals.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify leads, manage them through the sales funnel, and drive closures.
  • CRM & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance in the CRM.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Industry Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders.

We're Looking for:

Senior Sales Manager:

  • 8-12 years of experience in enterprise sales.

Junior Sales Manager:

  • 5-7 years of experience in enterprise sales.

Industry Background:

Preferably from Technology, SaaS, Fintech, or BFSI sectors.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong networking ability and experience engaging with C-level executives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment.
