Intern – Outreach & Competition Management (Paid Internship)Duration: 6-8 weeksLocation: Remote / HybridTime Commitment: 25 hours/weekCompensation: Paid InternshipRole OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, self-driven intern who can take ownership of outreach activities, gather feedback from participants, and support the end-to-end execution of a small competition. This role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced work, strategic thinking, and turning ideas into action.Key Responsibilities1. Outreach & Relationship BuildingIdentify and engage with community groups, campus clubs, and relevant networks.Maintain a structured outreach pipeline with clear tracking.Draft effective communication (introductions, follow-ups, reminders).Represent the project with clarity and professionalism.2. Competition Planning & ExecutionSupport the design of a small challenge (quiz, idea activity, or team-based task).Drive participation through coordinated outreach and communication.Manage registrations, schedules, and response tracking.Assist with coordination and smooth execution on the event day.Prepare a brief post-event summary.3. Communication, Reporting & DocumentationMaintain organized documentation of outreach efforts and progress.Share weekly updates with key achievements and next steps.Draft basic promotional messages and instructions for participants.Who Can ApplyIndividuals currently pursuing or recently graduated from Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.Candidates with experience in event management, campus activities, competitions, or community engagement.Self-starters who are comfortable taking ownership and working independently.Skills & Attributes We ValueStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOwnership mindset with end-to-end execution abilityExperience in events, campaigns, or community coordinationStrategic thinking with an execution-first approachOrganized, dependable, and comfortable meeting timelinesWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience in a global projectOpportunity to help run a real competition from start to finishExposure to practical project workflows and execution modelsPaid experience and an internship completion certificate
