Role Objective:

To strengthen our outreach and partnerships with companies, consultancies, and colleges through online and offline initiatives. The role involves handling LinkedIn and email outreach, coordinating with HR professionals and colleges, managing follow-ups, and supporting partnership execution activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Outreach (Online reachout):
    To handle LinkedIn outreach, send collaboration messages and emails to HRs and companies.

  • Collaborations:
    To connect with HRs, attend follow-up calls, and filter student profiles before sharing them.

  • College Outreach:
    To handle outreach for planned college visits and pitch our collaboration model. Coordinate with placement cells and faculty for college tie-ups and event collaborations.

  • Draft and send professional collaboration messages and proposals to potential partners.

  • Maintain outreach and partnership trackers, ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Prepare regular progress reports and maintain updated databases of collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn networking and professional email drafting.
  • Excellent coordination, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions, corporate relations, and college outreach.
  • Interest in event coordination, campus engagement, and outreach activities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with both online and field tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
