Provide leadership to the Reconciliation Services team and support change projects.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Technology, Network Management, Compliance, BIA, External Audit) and act as an escalation point for key stakeholders.Decision-making and Problem Solving: Support location strategy decisions, communicate issues clearly, and drive changes in complex situations.Risk and Control: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Person Specification: Relevant degree, minimum 4 years of experience in AP Reconciliation, strong accounting and reconciliation skills, effective communication, and ability to drive improvements.
