Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The position is junior-level and based in Kolkata. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience and will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing clients. This is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets (Mandatory skill)
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively (Mandatory skill)
- Market research abilities to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building skills to maintain and grow client relationships
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions
- Lead generation skills to identify and convert prospects into clients
- Experience in international sales to handle global clients and markets
- Proficiency in English communication for seamless client interactions
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Nexus Jobs' services
