Practice Leader - Digital Workplace

We are looking for Leader Digital Work Place - Solution Advisory, who will work with global leaders for building strategies and define the roadmap for consultancy and solutioning for the new business offering for DWS practice with rich & extensive work experience across Solution Architecture / Service Delivery

Role accountabilities:

- Provide team and people leadership for the Devices Solutions Engineering team enabling strong and cohesive delivery across the team and driving personal growth and development for all team members.

- Define and directs the Solutions Engineering activities and ensures that Solutions team delivers subject matter expertise and best practices to IT projects, IT change management teams, and initiatives of customer facing IT organizations.

- Own the technology standards and roadmap for a specified set of technology capabilities.

- Define and drive best practice across the Solutions Engineering team.

- Maintains awareness and knowledge of industry trends and proactively identifies and drive identification of opportunities to be leveraged in Information Technology solutions.

- Drives the planning of activities associated with implementation, release, maintenance and support of IT Solutions

- Offered services under Digital Workplace Services such Workplace Support Services (Service Desk, Deskside Services, EUC, with ServiceNow

- Digital Transformation & Workplace - Service Desk Outsourcing, Service Integration & Management, SD, ServiceNow deployment and migration

- Designed strategic digital transformation plans and implemented a target operating model that leveraged new business enablement, reduced costs and streamlined operations to ensure competitiveness in a global market

- Solution & Practice Management - Solutions building IPs , Accelerators and other ready to implement solutions in EUC Service Desk and Field Service Industry

- Architecting, designing & developing Enterprise solutions while maintaining scalability, performance, availability and quality of all platforms
