Job Title: SAP CRM Support -B2C

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience with SAP CRM (CDB - Customer Database), SMC (SAP Marketing Cloud), and NPS customization.
  • Proven ability to deliver service requests and incident resolutions in a timely manner.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the support team, assisting with IT rollout projects and ongoing operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including global IT teams and business units.
  • Analyze project-related business and end-user requirements to ensure alignment with deliverables.
  • Ensure timely delivery of service requests and incident resolutions.
  • Work on CRM Marketing (Customer Database, Basic HTML), SMC (SAP Marketing Cloud), and NPS customization tasks for Change Requests.
  • Provide necessary manuals and technical documentation in tools like Jira, Confluence, etc., as required.
  • Actively participate as a member of an Agile organization, contributing to continuous improvement.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience with CRM products in IT business or system analysis roles.
  • Awareness of SLA and KPI metrics, with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes with the ability to perform multiple tasks and manage diverse expectations.
  • Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and dedicated team player.
