We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Consultant to join our team at Jenesis Technologies and Consulting Private. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and performing fit-gap analysis to identify configuration and development needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis to identify configuration and development needs
- Configure SAP system to support business requirements using Web UI Configuration tool set
- Develop custom applications to enhance standard CRM components using CRM Web UI framework concept and SAP CRM related tools
- Develop and utilize test plans and tools to ensure programs are thoroughly tested before installation
- Provide support for troubleshooting production support issues
- Create technical specifications for ABAP development
- Support all phases of projects and assignments with problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and strategic knowledge
Requirements:
- 5+ years of functional SAP project management experience in SAP CRM/ECC modules
- 10+ years of overall SAP experience in a functional/technical/user role
- Good understanding of business processes, particularly financial shared services
- Excellent customer-facing and soft skills, solution-oriented, and looking for win-win opportunities
- Experience in managing multiple initiatives
