JOB PURPOSE:

You will be part of Alstom Digital Services (Business Process Solutions department) which delivers best in class business solutions inside the Alstom group. After a few months of smooth transition period under the leadership of the current owner of this scope, you will take over the worldwide end-to-end responsibility of the Sales Domain in Alstom. Facing business leaders and managing the delivery team (mixed with internal employees and subcontractors), you will oversee the entire solutions lifecycle covering roadmaps, architecture, design, build and deployment. You will interact with a wide ecosystem of colleagues including business owners, procurement, cybersecurity, architects, vendors, partners, finance, HR and peers from the other delivery teams.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:

Solutions scope:

Your scope will cover all Business solutions in the Sales and Marketing domain and some solutions in the Services domain, mainly (but not only) based on SalesForce technology: 

  • Alstom CRM (Sales Cloud)
  • Customer Satisfaction Surveys (Service Cloud)
  • Case Management (Service Cloud)
  • SalesForce analytics (CRM Analytics)
  • A few smaller solutions (Force.com)
  • Digital use cases in the Sales Domain (Digital Platforms: analytics, RPA, AI, etc.)

 

 

Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Align with Business Leaders about strategic priorities,
  • Build and maintain solution roadmaps (strategic, functional, technical),
  • Manage the domain budgets (project investments + licenses run costs),
  • Manage the delivery team on a daily basis:
      • Continue deploying and improving scrum practices,
      • Continue deploying and improving CI/CD and DevOps practices,
      • Manage delivery partners / contractors
  • Manage the HR cycle for internal team members (recruitments, objectives, people review, salary review, learning and certifications, etc.),
  • Manage contractual relationships and negotiations with SalesForce in partnership with Procurement and Legal teams,
  • Monitor the fleet of licenses and closely interact with Software renewal teams,
  • Monitor solutions adoption and drive action plans with Business owners to improve adoption,
  • Ensure compliance and proper documentations to comply with Alstom standards and patterns (architecture & design, PMO, internal audits, cybersecurity, backups & restore, etc.),
  • Analyze SalesForce innovation roadmaps, technology industry and business trends to determine and promote their applicability at Alstom.

 

 

 PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE:

Based in Bangalore (India), the candidate needs to demonstrate the following background and experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SalesForce including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud,
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery practices, familiar with Scrum and DevOps,
  • Demonstrated experience in people management,
  • Preferably owning relevant SalesForce certifications,
  • Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in Information Technology,
  • Experience in international environments.
