Sr. Manager (Head) - MT & Ecommerce Operations


Best Fit Profile Sr. Manager - (MT Sales Operations) will have to drive Business top line and deliver on the Revenue and Share parameters. This Position will need to align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern Trade sales strategy and overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities Areas:

- Deliver monthly & annual AOP targets of business & ensure best customer service delivery to customers (fill rate (CFR, LFR) OTIF (Lead Time) & share corrective action plans

- Establish Sales forecasting in alignment with NKAM's, ASM's & Demand Planner & drive delivery of sales targets for all Area Heads geography

- Deliver State wise / City Wise Market share growth by driving effective implementation of Trade promotions & Visi investment

- Effective on ground implementation of promotions & timely Visi execution & ensuring a check by publishing progress, tracking & sharing insights on corrective action plans across

- Travel to different markets & do OJT, Coaching & Motivating the team & ensuring over delivery of goals by each team members & develop corrective action plans in alignment with Head- MT

- Ensure Operational Efficiency by implementing robust processes to track Manpower efficiency (PJP, Adherence, Span of control, monthly meetings, review frequency with team) & share Action taken report & progress with Head-MT

- Work & collaborate with NKAM's on any Ops issues for quick resolution from central Category Team

- Ensure delivery of GTM Tgts for (NPI's & Focus brands) for MT

- Ensuring Regional Account wiring & relationship building with regional Teams & regional category Managers by meeting them @ regular frequency

- Deliver on execution parameter ask of SOF (Share of Facings) & OSA (On Shelf availability) & regional assortment Interventions through ASM's & Team (SOF > SOS)

- Monitoring Teams Performance through review Mechanism in alignment with MT-Head & taking corrective Actions

- Managing various Internal (SC, Demand planning, Sales Finance, Brand activations) & External Stakeholders (RCM, Cluster Heads & Store operations Teams) for achieving consistent revenue & share growth.

- Work with allocated Channel Manpower budget (ASO's, promoters & Merch) & ensuring right capability building for Team in driving sales

- Leading technology adaptation & implementation for having better control over processes for monitoring in store Activations, Merchandising, Sell out plans with the accounts at point of sale.

- Provide timely accurate Trade information, Competitors Activities & Market Intelligence to MT Head on weekly frequency

- Manage hygiene for Modern trade Stockiest (Accounts receivables, account payables, Debt Collections, NDC, Credit Limit etc.)

- Ensure 80% + Incentive Dispersion for team

- Collaborate for resolving any Customers Trade issues, complaints on any operational matters
