We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager specializing in IT staffing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client relationship management, business development, and a deep understanding of the IT staffing industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for building and maintaining client relationships, and a keen ability to understand and meet the staffing needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Regularly assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT staffing sector.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into new client accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's footprint in the IT staffing market.
Staffing Solutions:
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of IT professionals to meet client demands.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to better advise clients.
Contract Negotiation and Compliance:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms align with company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and address any issues promptly.
Financial Management:
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective account management and business development efforts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage billing, invoicing, and financial reporting related to client accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT staffing and account management.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, technology trends, and staffing dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and platforms used in the staffing industry.
