- Own PnL for multiple Ecommerce Marketplaces - Secondary offtakes, primaries, promotions, marketing visibility and operations.

- Devise and implement Ecommerce strategy.

- Lead team of 5+ Business managers/KAMs to build long term relationships with Ecommerce channels to drive Joint business plans.

- Own the customer experience for brands on all online channels.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.

- In-depth knowledge of Ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and emerging trends.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and implement comprehensive Ecommerce strategies.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools, Ecommerce analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Educational/ Experience requirements - 7-15 yr relevant work ex in Brands ( Ecommerce for CPG/FMCG industries ) and/or category management for online marketplaces.
