Key Account Manager

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and foster trust and loyalty.
Account Planning and Strategy: Develop strategic account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, drive sales, and meet revenue targets. Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine account strategies.
Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing key accounts. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Proactively address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, product development, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to key accounts. Coordinate cross-functional teams to address customer requirements and deliver value-added solutions.
Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and account reviews for management review. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction to track progress against targets.
Industry Knowledge and Networking: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the automotive sector. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with key stakeholders and identify new business opportunities.
