Designation : Key Account Manager

About the Role

The Key Account Manager (KAM) serves as the primary business interface between

MoveinSync and clients, driving engagement, fostering relationships, and spearheading upsell

opportunities while overseeing the seamless implementation of products and resolving issues in

collaboration with Product TAMs.

What You'll Do

● Develop and execute comprehensive quarterly account strategies to optimize client

processes and maximize product utilization.

● Identify or create upsell opportunities including identifying potential business gaps,

issues, and improvements in the client's processes, tools, teams

● Proactively manage contract renewals, negotiating terms to ensure mutual benefit and

sustained partnership.

● Spearhead content engagement initiatives, stakeholder mapping, and orchestrate

monthly and quarterly business review sessions to foster robust client relationships and

drive strategic alignment.

● Coordinate proof of concepts (POCs) and orchestrate impactful launch events to

enhance product adoption and drive business growth.

● Oversee seamless product implementations and feature deployments, ensuring timely

bug resolution and continuous enhancement of product adoption among clients.

● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues effectively and

achieve project objectives.

What You'll Need

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA)

qualifications.

● Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in key account management, customer

success, or technology sales (preference for experience in big 4 firms)

● Strong background in digital transformation, program management, and overseeing tech

implementation projects.

● Proven ability to manage large clients effectively, understanding their needs and

delivering tailored solutions.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain

strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address

complex issues effectively.

● Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create compelling

presentations and analyze data proficien...
