Service APAC > Service Asia > Service operations Support

Customer Service Department handles Post sales Service Operations to meet the contractual obligations with customers.

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and supervise Service Operations Planners operating 24x7
  • Provide guidance and training for team optimization
  • Foster a collaborative team environment
  • Define work packages for technicians based on service agreements
  • Monitor resource allocation for optimal performance
  • Utilize planning tools for efficient scheduling
  • Coordinate technical planning of work orders
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare and maintain reports on planning activities
  • Monitor performance indicators for optimization
  • Analyze data to identify improvement areas


    Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, wind turbine industry experience preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in Service planning & operations Service Planning Skills: Background in service planning, understanding of service agreements Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in data analysis, trend identification Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication Leadership Skills: Experience in team leadership and support Time Management: Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Problem-solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and solution proposal abilities


Competencies

 

 

Good understanding Service AOM Ready to read into technical documentations and drawings Affinity to work according to processes and navigate in technical (commercial) related systems Self-organization / good time management and stress resistant Technical communications skills Knowledge in SAP and Salesforce
