Additionally, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and the Paytm Mini app store. The company also provides credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans, and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options, sourced through its financial partners.
About the Team:
The QR & Soundbox team at Paytm develops business tools to help merchants grow and manage their businesses through simplicity and data-driven technology.
About the Role:
The Sales Team Lead should be capable of increasing the sales of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations.
Expectations/Requirements:

Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
Ensure Visibility Accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and product sales.
Identify and Recruit the sales team to drive business in the market.
Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who applies new ideas effectively.
Plan the market size, span, and geographies for Field Sales Executives (FSE).
Devise effective communication methods for team targets and expectations.
Monitor Quality parameters as per management suggestions.
Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales completed by the team.
Ensure team members are actively present in the market for sales and usage monitoring.
Possess networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively.
