Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:● Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales individuals.● Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.● Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Sales Management:● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.● Monitor sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive results.● Lead by example by actively engaging in sales activities and maintaining a personal sales quota.

Sales Planning:● Develop comprehensive sales plans and forecasts in alignment with company objectives.● Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Client Experience:● Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.● Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).● Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.● Experience in the design industry or related field is a plus.● Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
