Position : Key Account Manager (E-Commerce) for Pharma Division

Job Location : Bangalore

Qualification : MBA OR Graduate

Experience : 5+ Years of experience in E-Commerce from any Pharmacy chain.

Note : Candidates have working experience in E-Commerce Key Account Management or Category management will be preferred.

Job Role :

- Manage Day to day as well as peak discounting

- End to end operations management ensure timely PI, PO slot confirmations from the channel partner.

- Financial reconciliations, payments follow ups

- Creating, managing, and maintaining various reports

- Inventory Management Closely working with SCM team to ensure inventory base stocks are maintained as per plan and Marketplace performance is maintained.

- Maximize brand visibility on partner portals to ensure brand ranks are maintained and improved.

Job Responsibilities;

- Will be the expert on the e-account by building a formidable relationship to drive agreed business growth and turnover

- Will develop plan, KPI and goals for the account and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (E-brand managers, supply chain)

- Will be responsible for business and market development and scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share

- Will manage promotions along with brands - make e-commerce portals partners in customer communication

- Will be responsible for ToT adherence

- Will ensure right presence on brands across top SKUs to ensure discover ability, build customer experience through brand stores and product page details and compelling reasons to drive purchase

- Will drive efficiency and effectiveness across supply chain and customer care through accuracy in demand forecasting and setting supply chain and logistics processes Analyse and interpret E-commerce partners sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities
