Job description:

Job Title: - Sales Account Manager

Job Type: - Full time (Permanent)

Work Locations: - (1) Mumbai (Experience 2.5 to 4 years)

(2) Gurgaon / Delhi (Experience 5 to 7 years)

Responsibilities:

- Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as define by sales goals & objectives.

- Build and manage sales pipeline.

- Articulate and effectively communicate company's value proposition to prospect leadership, including C-level IT leadership.

- Day to day management of existing accounts to expand company's footprint.

- Lead efforts to up sell company's Intelligent Automation platform licenses and services. -

- Be responsible for preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.-

- Negotiate and close deals in timely manner keeping quarterly targets in mind.

- Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities.

- Build excellent relationship with partner community to identify opportunities and expand pipeline.

- Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel.

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree.

- 2.5 - 7 years of prior sales experience in software services industry.

- Prior experience of selling Enterprise Software such as BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), ERP, ESB, BI, Enterprise Portal.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on quarterly basis.

- Extremely good time management skills.

- Ability to overcome hurdles to advance sales cycle for timely closure.

- Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM solutions such as salesforce.com

- RPA

- BPM, BAW, BPA, iBPMS

- AI/ML, IDP, iOCR

- Lending Suite - Loan Origination System, Account Opening Solution, LMS (Loan Management System), Collections System

- ERP

- CRM

- DMS

- SCM (Supply Chain Management ) Solutions

Key skill : Must have field sales experience in enterprise software sales, Consultative sales, etc.

Experience : 3 to 7 years (Sales Account Manager)
