The purpose of the job is to lead the TW Loans Sales for the Organisation, by developing a strategic business framework for volume growth, developing new market and customer segment resulting into sustainable and profitable growth. Develop and execute all aspects such as business performance metrics, product management, policy reviews, process reviews, marketing, and profitability for Two-Wheeler Loan Business

Position Responsibilities:

Business delivery & growth:

1. Deliver top line through all channels - Dealers/ Sub Dealers, Online and Digital Partners

2. Drive team for critical revenue parameters: ROI, pf, insurance penetration

3. Propose and execute various strategies for higher market penetration / faster portfolio build up.

4. Creating a high-quality TW Lending Book and increasing the lending penetration in the TW Loans Segment

5. Supervising complete business operations including profitability, forecasting monthly / quarterly/annual sales targets, & their execution.

6. Look for opportunities to enhance revenue streams - cross sell (ETB), new sources for outbound campaigns, third party products etc.

7. Channel Management & Distribution

8. Ensure sourcing mix through channels in the most cost-effective manner, to control Cost of Acquisition

9. Ensure delivery of region wise disbursal volumes, revenues and yield target.

10. Develop and implement an appropriate sales management system to track sales force productivity & performance in line with budget

11. Leveraging on Marketing / Product support / Manufacturer support for enhancing business penetration

12. Triggering promotional activities / events such as inserts / loan melas etc. to ensure continuous funnelling.

13. Chalk out plans for foraying into new areas / locations / markets / branches. People Development

14. Creating and Driving team of Regional Heads / State Heads towards the goal. Draw up plans for recruitment of manpower according to the plan.

15. Plan specialized training programs on regular basis to ensure team is updated on product/policy.

16. Provide developmental feedback to all direct reports

17. Design an effective R&R strategy for the channel in collaboration with the Product team

18. Ensuring minimum attrition in the team with constant engagement & feedback & ensure skills development through regular trainings.
