We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Manager to join our team in the Insurance industry. 

Job Duties 

 Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.   
Generating leads via, networking, and referrals.   
Ability to allocate duties based on the skills of employees 
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents. 
Comply with company policies and regulations. 
Negotiate and close high-value deals 
Implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales. 
Analyzing customer needs 
Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients   

Skillset criteria 

Capable leadership and management abilities 
Prior experience in field sales or similar roles 
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities 
Outstanding strategic insight and problem-solving capabilities 

Candidate Info 

A minimum of 2-4 years experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary  
A bachelor's degree is required for this position.  
A bike and a valid license are required.
