Location: Remote

Timings- 7pm to 4am IST - US Timings

Employment Type: Full-time

Only candidates from Tier 1 background and having less than 10 years' experience in sales will be considered.

Job Description:

We are an innovative AI startup seeking a tenacious and talented Sales Development Representative to sell our cutting-edge Digital Marketing and AI-powered website solutions to the North American SMB market. In this role, your core responsibility will be to relentlessly prospect, qualify, and close sales deals. Closing sales and exceeding quotas must be your driving passion.

Key Responsibilities:

Aggressively prospect and build a robust pipeline of new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, emailing, and social media within the North American SMB space

- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential customers and decision-makers

- Qualify leads by understanding their digital marketing needs, pain points, and determining if our AI website solutions are a good fit

-Compellingly sell and negotiate deals by articulating the value proposition of our AI-powered websites and digital marketing offerings

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead information in our CRM

- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation and closing strategies

- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

- Degree with 2-5 years of closing experience in B2B solution sales to the North American SMB market

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue

- Tenacious self-starter mindset with an unrelenting drive to sell and close deals

- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment

- Consultative solution-selling approach combined with strong business acumen

- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software
