Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Utilization: Effectively use leads data provided by the company to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Independently generate leads to maximize sales opportunities; self-generated leads lead to multiplied incentives.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of our products/services.
  • Networking and Cold Calling: Engage in lead generation activities such as cold calling and networking to expand the customer base.
  • Relationship Management: Manage leads efficiently, nurturing relationships, and driving conversions.
  • Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals with customers to meet sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship: Maintain excellent customer relationships, promptly addressing their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the project management team for seamless sales order execution.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends to make informed sales decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Driven Mindset: Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
