Corporate Sales Executive for Laptop Sales and Service

As a Corporate Sales Executive for Laptop Sales and Service, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to promote and sell laptops and related services. You will be a key player in driving the growth of the company's laptop sales within the corporate sector. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, offering suitable laptop solutions, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:

- Identify potential corporate clients and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.

2. Client Engagement:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions accordingly.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase laptop products and services effectively.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

3. Laptop Sales:

- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of the laptops and services offered by the company.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and agreed upon.

4. Service Provision:

- Coordinate with the technical support team to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of laptop services to corporate clients.
- Address after-sales service requirements and ensure client issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

5. Market Intelligence:

- Keep track of market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the management for product and service improvements.

6. Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to be presented to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in laptop sales or IT equipment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with corporate clients.
- Strong presentation skills to showcase laptop products and services persuasively.
- A good understanding of laptops and their technical specifications will be an advantage.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales progress.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
