1. Own the P&L for the city

2. Manage a large wedding planning team and be responsible for their productivity and output

3. Run a high performance team that meets monthly sales targets at all costs

4. Give the central teams deep insights on the city in terms of catalog, pricing, customer behaviour, lead quality

REQUIREMENTS:

1. You need to be a rockstar with proven sales track record

2. Bachelor's degree

3. Comfortable in handling large teams

4. Strong work ethic and communication skills

5. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.

6. Multilingual is a bonus
