Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager with 6 to 10 years of experience, demonstrating a strong track record in international markets and direct sales proficiency in Data Analytics suites, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, NAV, AX, and CRM. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex sales cycles and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pipeline Development: Generate and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects in Business Intelligence and Analytics, with a specific focus on international markets including North America, UK, Europe, and APAC.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate key markets and drive revenue growth, leveraging expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Tableau, and other leading Data Analytics suites.

- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their unique business needs, articulate value propositions effectively, and present tailored business solutions that address their requirements.

- Account Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, demonstrating proficiency in account management and client handling across diverse industries.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, and Client Engagement teams to identify business opportunities, streamline sales processes, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and enhance our competitive positioning.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track sales performance metrics, regularly reporting on progress towards targets and identifying areas for optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of 6 to 10 years in direct sales and business development, with a focus on international markets and proficiency in Data Analytics suites.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, NAV, AX, CRM, and other relevant technologies.

- Exposure to Salesforce, NetSuite, Magento, Woo Commerce, and other e-commerce suites will be advantageous.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in written and verbal English communication.

- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively.

- Can-do attitude with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
