JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Opportunity

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Salesforce Admin, in Bengaluru. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for application support of Commvaultâs Salesforce environment. The Salesforce Administrator works directly with internal business users in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments primarily in the areas of help desk support, application enhancements, data hygiene, and user training. This role reports to the Manager of Business Systems within the global Business Operations group.

What youâll doâ¦

  • Basic Salesforce CRM system administration, including user setup and maintenance, role hierarchy, profiles & permissions, security, page layouts, objects, fields, workflow, approval processes, formulas, queues, assignment rules, and data management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve internal cases logged by end users related to the systems we support.
  • Identify, correct, and prevent data quality issues through data governance, system setup, and use of tools like Salesforce, Power BI, or QlikView
  • Acclimate quickly on current system configuration to fix and improve system usability and performance.
  • Stay current with new releases of Salesforce, evaluating and implementing new features, as required.

Who you areâ¦â¦

  • Bachelorâs degree with 2-5 years as a business analyst or system administrator role.
  • Administration support for CRM application such as Salesforce & MS Dynamics.
  • Good communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in teams in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with end users and business leaders at varying levels.
  • Salesforce Certifications (Optional)
  • Experience with Salesforce customization, including objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules, Approval rules etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and techniques, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to fix Apex Class and resolve technical issues.
