We are looking for a Regional Manager - Internal Audit and Assurance for our client with pan India presence based at Kolkata

Role : East Region
Function Name : Internal Audit and Assurance
Reports to : Internal Audit and Assurance Team Lead
Reported by : None
Division/ Dept: : Internal Audit and Assurance
Work Timings : 9AM-6PM, 5 days working from office
CTC : Industry Standards
Experience : 12+ yrs exp in conducting / managing internal audit and risk management activities. Working experience of Oracle App will be an advantage
Education : CA Mandate
Knowledge Required : Internal audit and risk management experience
Job Purpose:
Improve the internal control environment in the region through coordinating / managing audits as per audit charter, conducting special projects per Senior Mgmt / Regional requirements, and manage regional expectations / relationships.
KRA:
- Completion of audits as per audit plan by coordinating audits
- Facilitate closure of action items arising out of audits through tracking of open audit issues
- Improve visibility of function and relationship management at Regional level through meetings, reviews with Senior Management at Circles and Region
- Conduct Site Visits
- Improve region level control environment through guidance on processes & controls, execution of special projects, extension of planned audits
- Facilitate adherence to integrity values by supporting ombudsman team
