- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's business goals and workforce needs. Develop and drive robust talent management strategy to ensure right talents, structure, processes, and collaboration are in place to drive higher performance.

- Team Leadership: Manage a team of recruiters, provide guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet recruitment objectives.

- Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate assessment, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Employer Branding: Build and maintain the organization's employer brand to attract top talent, including use of social media, campus engagement, and other branding strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and collaborate on defining job requirements.

- Candidate Sourcing: Oversee sourcing strategies, including utilizing job portals, social networks, and other channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Build a talent pipeline to meet future hiring requirements.

- Candidate Assessment: Ensure the use of effective assessment methods, interviews, and selection processes to identify the best candidates for the organization.

- Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring that the recruitment process is compliant with legal requirements.

- Metrics and Reporting: Develop and monitor recruitment metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function and identify areas for improvement.

- Budget Management: Manage the talent acquisition budget, including vendor contracts, technology, and other related expenses.

- HR Analytics- Maintain the detailed recruitment data for all business units accurately, analyze to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and process improvement.

- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process to build a diverse workforce.
