Client is one of the leading crowd funding businesses (1000 employees) with presence in Insurance and lending businesses.

Job Description

Position Details:

Oversee Sourcing and Hiring Processes : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions across all levels, from bulk hiring to lateral positions. Alignment with Organizational Objectives : Ensure that talent acquisition initiatives align with our company's strategic goals. External Partnerships Management : Collaborate with colleges, job boards, and HR vendors to enhance our talent pipeline. Budget Management : Prepare and review the annual recruitment budget. Project and Process Management : Provide guidance for cost-effective recruiting strategies. Hiring Forecasting : Anticipate hiring needs based on business growth plans. Recruitment Events : Participate in and host recruitment events to raise awareness of our company. Candidate Network Development : Build a network of potential future hires, including past applicants and referred candidates. Team Coaching and Mentoring : Support and mentor the extended hiring team. Key Metrics Measurement : Track recruitment metrics such as source of hire and time-to-hire.

Requirements and Skills

Proven Work Experience : Demonstrated success as a Head of Talent Acquisition or in a similar role within a fast-paced e-commerce start-up. Full-Cycle Recruiting Expertise : Ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and drive employer branding initiatives. Sourcing Techniques : Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social networks. ATS and HR Database Experience : Hands-on familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases. Team Management Abilities : Effective leadership and team management skills. Excellent Communication : Strong communication skills to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, external partners, and candidates.
