Responsibilities and Duties:


Track website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.

Optimize content for the website and social networking channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Conduct on-site and off-site analysis of clients in various industries.

Compile performance reports using platforms like Google Analytics.

Contribute to the company's blog for on-page and off-page optimization.

Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.

Create, edit, and post content, including videos, podcasts, and audio content on online platforms.

Promote the company's products and services in the digital space.

Execute social media efforts to improve visibility and popularity.

Design and execute SMS and email-based marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to achieve desired results.

Ensure maximum productivity by maintaining optimum staffing levels.

Delegate and manage performance to achieve all key KPIs for the Digital Marketing team.


Qualifications:


Postgraduate from IIM/ISB/SPJ/FMS/MDI/XLRI only


Skills:


Proven experience leading a Digital Marketing team.

Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

Experience with B2C and B2B social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.

Extensive knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.).

Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1+ years running Digital Marketing Campaigns

Shift Model:


Candidates should be available for the scheduled shift in PST timings (Open for Night Shifts).

Work Environment Needs:


A proper and quiet workplace with all necessary infrastructure is mandatory (Laptop, Headset, Desk, Chair & Power Back up).

Bandwidth Needs:


Candidates should have a primary broadband connection with a minimum of 50Mbps and a secondary connection which will serve as a backup, the company will reimburse the amount incurred towards the broadband installation & monthly data charges borne by the employees, based on the submission of Invoice/receipt to the accounts department for both primary & secondary connections.
