Who You Are

  • 12-15 years of relevant experience in IT services delivery

  • Client stakeholder management skills - managing the client and internal communications

  • Managing account P&L - reviewing all the cost elements on a weekly frequency and ensuring cost of operations is optimised

  • Well versed with ITIL processes and its application in the client environment

  • Team management skills - driving the on-site account delivery and remote support team members

  • Governance - Daily, Weekly and Monthly governance of the delivery operations

  • Project Management - driving projects to closure with internal & external stakeholders

  • SLA and compliance management - ensuring the delivery SLAs are met as per the agreed scope of work and all compliance (risk) matrices are green

  • Defining the RACI for all the team members and driving them to achieve their respective goals

  • Help in identifying new business opportunities at the client plac
