    • What you'll do

    In this key role, you’ll be researching and creating attractive digital marketing content according to content marketing strategies. Day-to-day, we’ll look to you to leverage advantageous online communities to drive traffic, produce high quality content and gather quality lead generation. You’ll also be working closely with communications stakeholders to agree, prioritise and deliver a programme of social media initiatives, embedding innovative solutions that increase the effectiveness of employee communications.

    Your duties will include:

  • Effectively managing the production of content to ensure there is a steady stream of on-brand, engaging content going out each week in our social and CRM channels
  • Support production of content relating to campaigns, reactive recruitment requests and larger digital projects as requiredCollaborate with team members across Talent Attraction to ensure clear line of sight of content streams including always-on, campaigns and content to support reactive recruitment 
  • Provide SME support and expertise to wider team around content specifications, brand guidelines and best practices across wider recruitment marketing activity and channels
  • Proactively seek out content that can be used to positively promote our purpose and NatWest Group as a great place to work

    • You’ll also need:

    • An eye for visual design, excellent creative skills and an ability to think creatively & laterally 
    • An excellent understanding of content production techniques including video production
    • Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and copywriting, including writing for web and online  
    • Well versed in social media strategy and channels and marketing strategy 
    • Good understanding of audience personas and targeting per channel 
    • Experience working as part of a project and familiarity with project management tools and principles
    • An understanding of the critical elements of brand visual identity and brand management
    • Clear communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • The skills you'll need

      We’re looking for someone with significant experience in developing and delivering social media content. You’ll have good communication skills, as you’ll need to manage relationships across the team. And you’ll have the ability to deliver on time and against agreed Service Level Agreements whilst balancing changing priorities.
