About the Role :

- We envisaged this vertical to drive and tap the unlimited potential of the retail market across India. It's a wonderful problem to solve considering the vertical has grown 6X in 12 months.

- As the Head of Field Sales, you will be responsible for leading a large sales team and driving revenue growth for the company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company's sales strategy, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team.

What you will be doing :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth for the company

- Build and lead a high-performing sales team of 200+ that consistently exceeds sales targets

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

- Manage the sales budget and ensure that all sales activities are aligned with the company's financial goals

- Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure that the sales team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

- Ensure that all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures

- Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics

What we are looking for :

- Someone with 12 - 15+ years experience managing sales team in product based start-up

- Someone who has successfully managed field sales of more than 200 people in the past

- Someone who has seen scale of at least 50 crore net revenue per annum

- Someone who is analytically strong and has good grip on numbers
