  • Prepare performance report for DB, DC, DS and NFP plans and responsible for complex reporting assignments

  • Provide technical expertise, guidance & ensuring the successful execution of transformation projects through automation
  • Daily work management and execution of performance reporting operations activities
  • Assessing the performance of fund/investment strategies and linking the performance with market/economic developments and the investment process of the asset managers
  • Provide support on asset class studies and periodical publications.
  • Project management, peer review & process training
  • Lead and manage end-to-end operations and ensure the seamless delivery of reports/projects.
  • Liaison with stakeholders to build relationship for service delivery management.
  • Play anchor role for all strategic projects

What you need to have: 
  • Proficient understanding in Wealth Management, Investment Management industry and asset classes (equity, fixed income and alternatives)
  • Strong working knowledge of VBA & programming skills in Python, MS Office, third party tools - Bloomberg, Morning Star, Lipper, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of MATLAB and SQL programming/Access DB.
  • Strong logical and analytical skills with attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated success working with out-of-country professionals.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment, ensuring standards and deadlines are met and keeping others informed and up to date.
  • Ability to understand the link between data, client needs and its application to the "bigger picture."
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Positive attitude & ability to adapt ever-changing environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Good knowledge/experience in project management
      Eligibility:
  • 5-7 yearsâ experience in the wealth management/investment industry overall
  • Postgraduate / MBA
  • Progress towards professional certification such as CFA, CAIA, CIPM (at least L1 cleared)
  • Minimum 12 months experience as Senior Specialist
  • Should have at least âMeets Expectationsâ or equivalent rating in last appraisal
  • Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months
  • Should not have applied for any other IJP within Mercer in the last 3 months
