Position Overview:

As a Business Head of BPO, a dynamic leader with a passion for efficiency, customer satisfaction, and excellence.

As the driving force behind the BPO operations, you'll be instrumental in shaping our customer-centric approach and taking our services to new heights. If you're an enthusiastic and experienced BPO pro with a knack for innovation, we want you on the team

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all functions of BPO business as P&L owner

- Develop and execute a cutting-edge BPO strategy that delights our customers and drives growth.

- Lead and inspire a high-performing BPO team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

- Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure our BPO services align with their goals.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.

- Champion the use of technology and automation to enhance productivity and accuracy.

- Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics to continuously improve performance.

- Build and nurture relationships with clients, driving customer retention and growth.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to keep our BPO services at the forefront.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Manage all functions of BPO business as P&L owner

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in BPO leadership roles with a track record of success. (15-20 years)

- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of BPO technologies.

- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
