Role Overview:

- This role will be leading recruitment vertical for various clients under BFSI, Analytics,Technology and Investment management domain.We only work on assignments for middle & Senior level.

- Driving organisation P&L and growth under the vision of the organisation.

- Building strategy & driving entire recruitment team to make sure hiring goal for all clients

are getting met on time

- Emphasis is on providing business insights and managing end to end project delivery

- Structure staffing solution based on detail analytics to address business of clients

- Provide business acumen and hypothesis for staffing issues of clients

- Effectively guide the team around quality staffing delivery on time

- Documenting and presenting work directly to clients as required

- Liaison and build relationships with the client

Qualifications :

- B.tech/Master's degree in HR, Marketing or any relevant domain are welcome to apply

- 6-12 years experience, preferably in HR management consulting or from Corporate with passion to work in start-up organisation

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- People Manager with demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take initiative

- Strong record of achievement, solid recruitment exposure, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
