Become a leader in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry as an FMCG Sales Team Leader with Dream Merchant International. Your role will involve maintaining customer records, conducting sales visits, acquiring new customers, and effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products. As a team leader, you will also play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.

Maintain accurate customer records

Lead the sales team in conducting sales visits and acquiring new customers

Provide detailed product briefings, emphasizing features and benefits

Foster and maintain strong customer relationships

Ensure the team achieves or exceeds sales targets

12th Pass and above

Freshers in Field Sales
