Your role and responsibilities
Developing and implementing integrated marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives.
Developing and maintaining the brand identity, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
Managing brand assets, including logos, taglines, and visual elements, to strengthen brand recognition and equity.
Planning, coordinating, and executing events such as trade shows, conferences, product launches, and customer seminars to showcase ABB Motion's offerings.
Managing all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and onsite coordination.
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop event strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Evaluating the success of events through postevent analysis and feedback gathering and incorporate learnings into future event planning.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support marketing initiatives and drive business results.
Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Bachelorâs degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree preferred.
- Proven experience (48 years) in marketing communications, brand management, and events planning, preferably in the industrial or technology sector.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required for events and meetings.
