Job Purpose:


This position is responsible for setting the strategic goals for marketing, events and communications, planning and its management and execution for new and existing Education Initiatives (Eis)/schools and Embassy Education, as per the priorities of Embassy Education.


This role will work in partnership with the Principal/Head of the education institution and Head of Marketing, PR, Events and Communication departments within Embassy Group and schools, to ensure the overall marketing objectives are carried out in alignment to plans and priorities of the respective Education Initiatives (Eis)/schools and Embassy Education.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Support Embassy Education in areas of school growth and development, set up plans and broadly engage in communicating, driving the vision of Embassy Education, and working across the school organisation.
  • Work closely with the Principal/Head of the Education Initiatives (Eis)/school and the Head of Marketing/PR/Communication departments to ensure operations of the new Education Initiatives (Eis)/schools is set up smoothly and timely.
  • Coordinate and manage support arrangements as a conduit and liaison between the Embassy Education, the marketing agency, education/other consultants, and the school management and execute plans collaboratively.
  • Monitor and regularly update the Embassy Education Project Lead and report on the progress and success of the initiatives and programmes during the startup and regular running of the school operations.
  • Contribute to developing innovative and creative strategies; plan, organize and take charge of the execution and delivery of Communications, PR, Events and Marketing plans, in line with the new EIs/schools and the brand direction of Embassy Education.
  • Assist in creating and managing all marketing materials and collaterals and manage the marketing and communication plan, budgets, and spending.
  • Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, vendors, MARCOM, PR, schools for activities and initiatives for the production and delivery of marketing resources, videos and materials as per plans.
  • Track the effectiveness of various campaigns and make course corrections as required.
  • Collate data, prepare presentations, communicate, and provide updates to the Embassy Education and the Embassy Group MARCOM team on various EIs and performance of marketing activities when required.
  • Ensure that mechanisms are in place to allow timely communication and data exchange between schools/Ei, Embassy Group MARCOM teams and external stakeholders.
  • Develop communications and messages to various internal and external stakeholders, for Embassy Education such as emails and write ups for articles, magazines, newsletters, or other requirements of Embassy Education
  • Conduct research and support the team in preparing competition analysis for new and existing Eis/schools when the need arises.
  • Update the team with the education market news by staying up to date on the education industry locally and internationally.


Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in commerce/business management/marketing.
  • MBA in Marketing preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in the space of Sales/Admissions, Business Development, Marketing and Events management and strategies preferred.
