At NodeOps, our mission is to provide developers and Node Operators with the most simplistic environment to get started with Web3 protocols. It also provides an on-chain incentivization layer that encourages more developers to join and businesses to be onboarded to particular L1s, L2s


Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Define and develop the sales pipeline and outbound/inbound lead strategies for existing/upcoming products and services
  • Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and client acquisition
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Web3 industry


Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work with the Marketing Team closely for successful execution of Partnership & Social Media Campaigns and Activations that ensures the maximum traction for the offerings
  • Work with customers/clients to create processes that deliver the best support experiences


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering
  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, or operations roles within the tech industry
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and the blockchain ecosystem

  • You have 2+ years of crypto/DeFi native experience (business development, partnerships, operations preferred)
  • Self-learner and motivated individual with good communication skills
  • You can operate autonomously and are self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets
