Role - Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
Develop and create visually appealing designs and aesthetics to LTSCT internal and external communications that align with the company's brand identity and values and strongly resonate with global audiences in America, Europe, India and Asia Pacific.
Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as brochures, illustrations, mailers, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, demo videos and social media collaterals
Responsible for content development and updation of website and intranet
Adhere to LTSCT brand guidelines, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency
Familiar with the latest design trends and advocate the same to team members and stakeholders
Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly
Communicate effectively with stakeholders while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
Provide unique and innovative design solutions to stakeholders
Take ownership and work as a design consultant independently
Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs remain innovative and competitive.
Be a part and contribute towards various organizational initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, After Effects and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media)
8+ years of relevant experience
Experience in design for a Corporate B2B Marketing audience.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro etc.).
Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
Design sensibility, with the ability to create designs that resonate with diverse audiences across continents.
Communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to cross-functional teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem solver with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
